Who is responsible

Lengowise Properties (a trading name of Promast Enterprises Ltd), Nairobi, Kenya, decides why and how your information is used. Rainlight AI runs the messaging and matching system on their behalf and may only use your information for that purpose.

What we collect

• Your name and WhatsApp phone number
• What you are looking for: buy or rent, property type, area, budget, number of bedrooms
• Your answers about whether you want to hear about matching properties
• The messages you send us on WhatsApp

Why we collect it

• To answer your enquiry and understand what you want
• To send you properties that match, but only if you agreed to receive them
• To pass your enquiry to an agent who can help

Who we share it with

Our property agents and the service providers that run our WhatsApp messaging and database. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Property requirements are kept for 60 days. If you do not want alerts, we keep only what we need to honour that choice.

Your choices

• Reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time and we will stop sending you property alerts
• Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it
• Complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in Kenya
